Crime Log 10/7 ― 10/13

Multiple instances of petty theft and disturbing the peace comprise this week’s crime log.

Petty Theft ― Talon

Reported on Oct. 7, occurred prior to Sept. 19

A student reported their bicycle stolen from the bicycle rack outside of the Talon. The case has been reported to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department and the investigation is ongoing.

Disturbing the Peace ― Hope Hall

Oct. 9, 11:26 p.m.

A resident reported a group of students playing basketball during quiet hours. An officer came and told the students to leave and the issue was resolved without conflict.

Disturbing the Peace ― 14540 San Cristobal Dr. (Rancho Campus)

Oct. 11, 6:51 a.m.

Campus Safety officers witnessed a couple arguing in a parking lot. The couple moved off campus when they were approached by the LASD.

Petty Theft ― Hope Hall

Reported Oct. 12, occurred between Oct. 11, 10:40 p.m. ― 12:55 a.m, Oct. 12

A visitor had property stolen from the lobby of Hope Hall and the case was referred to the LASD.

Petty Theft ― Library

Reported Oct. 12, occurred between 9:00 p.m. ― 10:42 p.m.

An individual reported their wallet as either lost or possibly stolen from the library. The investigation is ongoing.
