Crime Log: Nov. 17 ― Dec. 1

Six instances of petty theft make up this week’s crime log.

Petty Theft ― Caf

Nov. 17, occurred between 5:50 p.m. and 6:05 p.m.

A student reported their phone stolen from the Caf and filed a report with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. The student’s phone was returned and the case was closed.

 

Petty Theft ― Sigma Hall

Reported Nov. 19, occurred between Nov. 18, 8:30 p.m. and Nov. 19, 1:00 p.m.

A student reported their bicycle missing from the bike rack outside Sigma and filed a report with the LASD. The investigation is ongoing.

 

Petty Theft ― Hart Hall

Nov. 20, occurred between 1:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

A student noticed their unlocked bicycle missing from the bicycle rack outside Hart Hall. The case has been referred to the LASD and the investigation is ongoing.

 

Petty Theft ― Hart Hall

Reported Nov. 20, occurred between Nov. 19, 6:30 p.m. and Nov. 20, 8:20 a.m.

A bicycle was stolen outside Hart Hall after the lock was cut. The student filed a report with the LASD and the investigation is ongoing.

 

Petty Theft ― Caf

Reported Nov. 24, occurred Nov. 23 between 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

A student reported their laptop missing from the Caf. Another individual returned the laptop to the lost and found and Campus Safety was able to return the device to the owner. The case was cleared with no follow up necessary.

 

Petty Theft ― Production Center

Reported Nov. 24, occurred Nov. 18 between 2:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Production Center staff reported missing equipment and a case was filed with the LASD. The investigation is ongoing.
