Crime Log: September 2 — September 7

Several instances of students playing basketball after hours make up this week’s crime log.

DISTURBING THE PEACE — HOPE HALL

Sept. 2, 10:50 a.m.

A student played basketball on the courts after hours. An officer came and told the individual to stop.

DISTURBING THE PEACE — HOPE HALL

Sept. 5, 12:21 a.m.

A student was in the batting cages after hours. An officer made contact with the student and asked him to leave.

DISTURBING THE PEACE — HORTON HALL

Sept. 6, 12:50 a.m.

A room in Horton called in a noise complaint due to loud music coming from another room in Horton. An officer came and told the room responsible to keep it down.

DISTURBING THE PEACE — HOPE HALL

Sept. 6, 2:26 a.m.

Students played basketball on the courts after hours. An officer came and told them to stop.

DISTURBING THE PEACE — LOT L (EMERSON)

Sept. 7, 12:31 a.m.

An Emerson resident made a complaint about a car driving through Lot L parking lot honking their horn repeatedly. By the time an officer arrived on scene, the car was gone.
