Campus Safety said the situation involving Campus Safety and the sheriff’s department outside Emerson Hall Wednesday has been attended to appropriately.

The situation involving Campus Safety officers, sheriff’s deputies outside Emerson Hall around noon on Wednesday has been resolved, according to Campus Safety.
“It was a situation that needed the response of the sheriff’s department and the fire department, and it was handled appropriately,” said John Ojeisekhoba, chief of Campus Safety.
Campus Safety is keeping details of the situation confidential.
