- Chewy fruit and nut bar: Filled with honey, real fruit, nuts, and oats, this bar will give your morning an energized start.
- Apple bran muffin: With baked apples, dried cherries and hearty grains, this muffin is a great source of fiber and will leave you feeling full.
- Perfect oatmeal: You can top off your 100 percent whole-grain oatmeal with an assortment of nuts, dried fruit or brown sugar.
- Multigrain roll: Made with a mixture of seeds, grains and drizzled honey, this roll comes with your choice of fruit preserves or almond butter.
